Perishable products are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and must not show signs of consumption or use.

If you receive a perishable product that is damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact our Customer Service team at support@shaktispices.co.za./0825348078 within 2 days of receiving the product.
Provide clear details about the issue, and, if possible, attach photos to help us assess the problem quickly.

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing additional information, returning the product to us, or arranging for a pickup.
We may request the return of the original packaging for inspection purposes.

Upon approval of your return, we will process a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Shakti Spices will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns due to product defects or damages.
For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
